Soluble Chemical Uses:

Solid chemical treatments effectiveness lies within it's simplicity. Gravity propels the soluble stick, passing through the upper tubing and continuing down through the fluid column, past the point where standard chemical injectors are located. Still intact and positioned at the base of the formation, the soluble chemicals begin to activate releasing the necessary compounds.

Its uses vary from removing salt deposits in tubing and well perforations to inhibiting paraffin, corrosion and carbonate type scale and build up. Its most common use is to foam the water in the tubing, therefore lightening the fluid column and allowing the formation pressure to unload the fluid from the well.
